On February 18, 2026, the Surveying Instruments Division was invited by the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Survey Engineering and Geoinformatics, Kasetsart University (Bang Khen Campus, Bangkok) to deliver a lecture and conduct a demonstration on the use of the Trimble R980 GNSS Receiver in combination with the Trimble TSC7 Controller.

Students were given the opportunity to perform RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) surveying and explore various functions of the Trimble Access software for field data collection and control. In addition, the division also demonstrated the operation of the Trimble X9 3D Laser Scanner for point cloud data acquisition, which attracted significant interest from the students.
