Trimble APAC Monitoring Training/ Workshop
From April 2-5, 2024, Hollywood International Ltd. organized the Trimble APAC Monitoring Training/Workshop Q2-2024. This event saw participation from Trimble personnel and representatives from various countries. The training focused on Trimble's monitoring technology, which includes both semi-automatic and automatic systems.
Participants learned about the application of Trimble S-series Robotic Total Stations, Trimble SX12, and Trimble R750 in conjunction with various geotechnical sensors such as tilt sensors, water pressure sensors, crack meters, and vibration sensors. These technologies enable precise detection of critical area movements, ensuring accurate and comprehensive monitoring.
The systems can be employed in various scenarios, including rail monitoring, structural monitoring for high-rise buildings and dams, and ground movement monitoring in mining operations. The primary benefits of installing these monitoring systems include not only the protection of property, equipment, and machinery but, most importantly, the safety of personnel working on-site.
