From September 11-13, 2024, the Surve Instrument Division was honored to serve as a speaker and trainer at an academic seminar on the usage of multi-frequency GNSS receivers, organized under the mission of the Royal Forest Department.Officers learned about GNSS theory and operation, including static GNSS, RTK with internal and external radios, stake-out functions, data processing, and signal testing in obstructed or signal-disturbed areas, such as under tree canopies and near buildings. This training aims to ensure that our clients can expertly and efficiently utilize Trimble equipment for control point establishment in forest boundary demarcation nationwide.
